I'm very close to finishing my long-awaited Productivity for Engineers Managers course. I'm planning on launching it in February.

The course will be entirely focused on helping engineering managers improve their productivity using a system that I've developed over the course of my career. It will include eight modules with videos, transcripts, templates and worksheets. I'll also be including live coaching sessions as an option for people who want a little more hands-on help. It's going to be a complete brain dump of everything that I've learned about taking control of my work, staying on top of things, leading a team, and maximizing productivity as an engineering manager.

I'll explain a concept I call the Productivity Pyramid to help you establish and maintain work-life balance and get the right work done and done well. I'll also apply the framework to a number of real-world situations to help show you how it can be used in your day-to-day work.

All that being said, I need your help. Before I finalize everything, I need to make sure I've covered everything I need to in order to make this course a success.
